- Pick up at your Hotel or appointed location: 8:30am - 8:50am. The driver takes you to the harbor and give you the boarding pass for you checkin the boat.
- Speedboat departs: 10:00am - arrives in Ha Tien11:30am, when you arives in Ha Tien harbor the guide waiting outside there and pickup you with your name. The driver take you go to the boder Viet Nam & Cambodia, you are making visa by yourshelf or can give your passport for the guide, he can do it for you with some service chages
- Minibus departs at 1:00pm - arrives in Kampot around 2:30pm,the bus stop at the center Kampot and change another bus to sihanoukville about 6:00 pm

- If the Visa procedure time is longer due to objective reasons such as no internet connection at the border gate.We may change the bus departure time later than the schedule depending on the actual situation.We are not responsible if you want to make your own Visa because it may take longer than expected, the minibus cannot wait long.
- Bad weather may cause the speed boats journeys to be canceled, we can reschedule the trip for another date or refund you.Please do not be late, we cannot refund you if you miss the bus or boat.Due to traffic density, the minibus pick up at the hotel may be late, please call our office if our bus is 10 minutes late.The processing of your visa will depend on the number of registered travelers arriving and departing at the border, to get a Cambodia visa, you need a photo (if you don't have one, you have to pay an additional 3 USD visa fee).Departure or arrival times can be changed to later.
